Getting Started

EmailByScott is the network's email service — one place to manage contacts and send both transactional email (password resets, receipts) and marketing email (newsletters, campaigns) across all your apps. Your apps send mail and sync contacts through it; you manage everything from this console.

The main areas are:

• Contacts — your subscribers, their tags, and what each has opted in to.
• Sending — broadcasts, reusable templates, multi-step campaigns, and the email log.
• Deliverability — domain health and the suppression list.
• Receiving — inbound email, routing rules, and mailboxes.
• Apps & the API — register apps and let them queue email and sync contacts via an API key.
• Team & admin — domains, subscription types, email types, tags, team, and security.

You need an account

The console requires signing in. Everything lives inside an account, which owns the apps that send mail and the contacts they reach. Visitors to an email (recipients) can use one-click unsubscribe and "view in browser" links without an account, but managing email happens here. Curious if it fits? See Is EmailByScott for you?.
