Sending
EmailByScott offers a few ways to send, from one-off blasts to automated sequences.
Broadcasts
A broadcast is a single send to a set of contacts — a newsletter or announcement. You compose it, preview it, and either send now or schedule it for later (and reschedule, pause, or cancel before it goes). A results view shows how it performed.
Templates
Templates are reusable email designs. Create and preview a template once, then use it for broadcasts and campaign steps so your sends stay consistent.
Campaigns (drip sequences)
A campaign is a multi-step sequence — a series of emails sent over time as contacts move through it. You add and reorder steps, enroll or unenroll contacts, activate or pause the campaign, and watch its stats. This is how you build onboarding drips or nurture sequences.
Email log
The email log is the record of individual emails — queued, sent, and their delivery events. You can review status, retry failures, and see sending stats. It reflects both console sends and email queued by your apps through the API.
Keep an eye on deliverability so your sends actually land.
